How i met your mother
SPOILER ALERT!!
How I Met Your Mother is the only show I have ever watched that comes remotely close to being as funny as Friends. The show centers around the main character Ted Mosby, who is telling his children the story of how he met their mother (I know, shocker). In the first episode of the show, Ted meets Robin, who at first appears might be their mother who the show is based around, but Ted quickly clears up this misconception by telling his kids that was their Aunt Robin. Besides Ted, his roommate Marshall and girlfriend Lily are the couple everyone roots for, together since college and madly in love, nobody questions that Lily and Marshall will always find their way back to each other. Barney on the other hand, the single friend who mysteriously has large sums of money and always wears suits, cannot stay with a girl for longer than a one night stand. The show contains comedy and heartfelt moments, moments that will make you ball your eyes out, and moments of confusion and wonder. My least favorite part of the entire show was the last episode, Barney ends up alone with a baby, Ted ends up with the one girl Barney ever truly fell for, and the friends do not stay together as close and important parts of each other lives.
